Cafe has good review however my family including my extended family went on a holiday to Tasmania & had the worse experience. This was our first stop to begin our holiday. We were kept waiting at the back table outside in the cold with an infant, elderly and a child (who were restless, tired and hungry after a long flight from Melbourne) over 25mins to be told that they were too busy to take our order. Even if Berta was good, this experience ruined my impression and would NEVER recommend anyone. VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED
